Our policy lasts  days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility for Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be:<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids\/gases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Refunds (If Applicable)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.<sup><\/sup> We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days <strong>10 business days<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or Missing Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First check your bank account again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at <br><strong>marketplace@heidycladdy.com.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale Items<sup><\/sup><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular-priced items may be refunded.Unfortunately, sale items are final sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Exchanges (If Applicable)<sup><\/sup><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defective\/Wrong Items:<\/strong> If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tracking:<\/strong> If you are shipping an item over free, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
