What an MgO SIP panel does for your building
Fire resistant
Magnesium oxide is a mineral board that does not burn, so the panel faces protect the insulation core and slow the spread of fire.
Moisture and mold resistant
MgO boards resist water, mold and warping much better than wood-based OSB, which makes them a good choice for humid climates.
Thermal insulation
The 120 mm PU or XPS foam core creates a continuous layer of insulation with very few thermal bridges, so homes stay warm in winter and cool in summer.
Structural strength
The two boards and the core work together like an I-beam, so the panels can form walls, floors and roofs that carry loads.
Fast installation
Large 3 m panels arrive ready to install. A small crew can close the walls of a home in a few days, saving time and labor costs.
Less waste
Panels are cut to size before shipping, so there is very little construction waste on site, and the insulation lowers energy use for years.

Delivered by sea, in full containers
We ship MgO SIP panels to the United States by ocean freight. The panels travel stacked and protected inside 40-foot high-cube containers, which is the most economical way to move large building materials.

What does SIP mean?
SIP stands for Structural Insulated Panel: a sandwich of two rigid boards with an insulating foam core. In our panels both boards are magnesium oxide (MgO).
PU or XPS core: which one should I choose?
Both insulate very well. Polyurethane (PU) insulates a little more per centimeter, and XPS is a strong, moisture-resistant foam. We can help you choose for your climate.
How many panels do I need for a house?
Each panel covers about 3.72 m² (40 ft²). Our 3D models show an approximate number of wall and roof panels for each home. Send us your plans for an exact count.
Can I build with these panels anywhere in the US?
Building rules change from city to city. Before you build, check your local building code and get the permits and engineering approval your area requires.
