The most common application. From 40–50 m² bungalows to two-story chalets of 200 m² or more. The load-bearing panel structure allows cantilevers, large window openings, and flat or pitched roofs.

2. Extensions and story additions

Because of their light weight (a panel weighs ~15 kg/m² vs. 200+ kg/m² for brick), SIPs are ideal for adding a floor on top of an existing house without reinforcing foundations, or for extending into the garden in weeks, not months.

3. Commercial buildings

Light industrial units, offices, coworking spaces, hospitality venues, and retail stores. Fast assembly minimizes business closure time, and the insulation reduces operating costs.

4. Tourist accommodation

5. Passive and nZEB construction
